What is ATSUM KSA?
A dropshipping and third-party logistics platform for Saudi Arabia. Sellers list our stock in their own stores and we pick, pack and deliver every order; merchants hand us their stock and we warehouse and fulfil it for them.
How do I become a Seller or Merchant?
Pick your path above and complete the registration form. Verify your email address, and an administrator reviews your application. Once approved you receive a store code and reference ID by email, and both also appear on your Settings screen.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Registration and approval are free, and there is no monthly charge. You pay only the cost of the goods plus a flat 30 SAR delivery charge per order, both shown at checkout before you confirm.
How do I access pricing?
Product costs become visible once your account is approved. They are commercially sensitive, so the catalog stays closed until then.
What is the delivery time within KSA?
Most orders dispatch within 0-1 days and arrive in 2-3 days. Each product page shows its own dispatch and delivery window.
When do I get paid?
Your first payment is released 14 days after the order is delivered — that hold is standard, because a delivered parcel can still come back. Occasionally a payment carries an additional hold, for example while a verification or a return-related check is still open. After your first payment you move onto the regular schedule: payments run once a week on a fixed day, and we confirm that day with you on WhatsApp.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
100 SAR. Profit accrues as your orders are delivered and clears 14 days later; once the cleared balance reaches 100 SAR it is paid on the next scheduled run, and below that it simply carries forward. A returned or undelivered order carries a 10 SAR return charge. Your current balance is on your dashboard.
