Terms of Service

Who may register

You must be at least 18 years old and registering on behalf of a business that trades in, or sells into, Saudi Arabia. The details you give at registration must be true, and you must keep them current — a stale phone number or a wrong IBAN is the most common reason an order or a payment fails.

One account per business. Accounts are personal to the business that opened them and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Approval and access

Registration does not create a right of access. Every application is reviewed, and approval is at ATSUM's discretion — product costs and stock levels stay hidden until it is granted. Approval issues your Store Code and Reference ID.

We may suspend or withdraw access where the terms here are breached, where the business details cannot be verified, or where activity on the account indicates fraud.

Sellers

As a Seller you hold no stock and take no title to the goods until an order is placed. You choose products from the catalog, set your own selling price, and place the order; ATSUM picks, packs, ships and collects payment on delivery.

You are the merchant of record to your own customer. Your marketing claims, your storefront's terms, your customer service and your own tax obligations are yours. You must not describe our stock in a way the product does not support, and you must not represent yourself as ATSUM.

3PL Merchants

As a Merchant you retain ownership of the stock you send us. ATSUM stores it, lists it and fulfils orders against it, and the storage and fulfilment terms specific to your stock are agreed with you directly.

Listing and pricing of merchant stock in the catalog is done by ATSUM. To add a product, change its details or send further stock, raise a ticket — the portal shows you what we hold but does not let you edit it, so what is listed always matches what is in the racking.

Prices, invoices and VAT

Product costs are shown once your account is approved and may change; the cost that applies to an order is the one shown at the moment you confirm it. Each order carries a flat 30 SAR delivery charge.

ATSUM issues you a purchase invoice for the goods on each order, with VAT at 15%. Invoices are available as PDFs on your Purchase Invoices screen. Orders that were never delivered to the customer are not invoiced for goods.

Orders

Dropship orders are cash on delivery. You enter the COD amount, and the platform calculates your profit as that amount less the cost of the goods and the delivery charge. An order whose COD does not cover cost and delivery cannot be placed — this is enforced, not advisory.

Orders may be cancelled at no cost while pre-dispatch. Placing orders you know to be false, using fabricated customer details, or using the platform to move goods you have no intention of selling are grounds for immediate suspension.

Payouts

Your first payment is released 14 days after the order is delivered. That hold is standard: a delivered parcel can still come back, and the wait is what turns a return into a deduction rather than a debt. Occasionally a payment carries an additional hold — while a verification is outstanding, or while a return-related check on an order is still open. Once your first payment has gone out you move onto the regular schedule: payments run once a week on a fixed day, and we confirm that day with you on WhatsApp.

A payout runs when your cleared balance is at least 100 SAR. Below that nothing is paid and the balance carries forward to the next run; it is never forfeited. Every payout produces a numbered statement listing the orders it covers, the earnings, the deductions and the net paid.

An order that comes back carries a 10 SAR return charge, and any profit already paid on it is recovered from your next payout. A negative balance is carried forward against future earnings — ATSUM does not invoice a partner for a clawback.

Payment is made to the bank details on your account at the time of the run. Payments that fail or are returned because those details are wrong are re-attempted once the details are corrected.

What you may not sell or do

You may not use the platform to deal in counterfeit or infringing goods, goods whose sale or import into Saudi Arabia is restricted or prohibited, or anything requiring a licence or approval you do not hold — including regulated medical, food and cosmetic products.

You may not scrape or redistribute the catalog or its pricing, attempt to access another partner's data, interfere with the platform's operation, or use it to harass a customer or a member of staff.

Integrations

Connecting a third-party store, such as Shopify, authorises ATSUM to act on that store on your behalf to the extent needed to create the products you push. You can disconnect at any time, after which the access token is discarded and ATSUM can no longer write to the store. Your relationship with that platform, and its own terms, remain yours.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and its figures correct, but it is provided as it stands. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost sales, or for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or events outside our control.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law. Where liability can be limited, ours is capped at the charges you paid ATSUM on the order the claim relates to.

Ending the relationship

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We will settle any cleared balance owed to you and complete or cancel orders already in flight.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for repeated fraudulent or undeliverable orders, or where we are required to by law. Suspension does not extinguish a balance owed to you, and it does not extinguish one owed to us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the platform changes. The date at the top is the version in force, and material changes are announced to partners by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means accepting the updated terms.
